1) Paste this meta tag in the "HEAD" section of your code:

It probably wont work for Internet Explorer users because that browser is not up to standards. You will probably see little boxes instead of the characters. If your still using the old Internet Explorer browser, for this reason and many others you may not be aware of, you should switch to todays premier browser "Firefox". Most other browsers will work also, just not Microsoft's Internet Explorer.
